Temple in Lubbock, Texas :)
One thing that I am really excited about is the fact that my mission has a temple!!! I know I will be so busy but I hope that I will have a few chances to attend while I'm there!
The temple has changed my life in so many ways! I can't wait to share my testimony with the people in Texas! I know without temples, being with the ones I love after this life would be impossible. I am so thankful for temples and the blessings that they bring to my life!
It's almost time!!!
It's crazy how fast time time passes!! I only have three weeks left before I leave for my mission! I am so scared but can't wait all at the same time!! I am to enter into the MTC on Jan. 5, 2011.
I think the most popular question I have heard the last few months is "Why do you want to go?" I don't know if there is one thing that I could point out or one moment that could define why I want to serve. I feel like everything just fell into place. I started thinking about going on a mission in Jan. 2010. I just know that is mission is what I need to do. I can't wait to serve the people of Lubbock, Texas! I know there is someone there that only I will be able to touch. I know that a mission will be one of the hardest things I ever do in life, but I also know that it will change my life for the better in more ways that I could ever imagine!!
I created this blog, for any of you who would like to follow me on my mission to Lubbock, Texas. My family will be updating it for me. I am thankful for all the support of my amazing family and friends. I couldn't do it without all of you! We'll keep you posted :)
